love the color; hate the polish, are my sentiments for American Apparel's new "NEON" collection of nail lacquer. It's almost perfect. The color is so brilliant that it acts as an accessory, a statement piece no less. Why is it not pure perfection? The application is terrible, it took me more then an hour to get it to look kinda-right. The liquid is so thick that it globs on streaks with every brushstroke and you have to apply at least three layers to get that opaque neon hue on the bottle. If you like the color, I suggest that you take it to a nail salon and have them apply it for you as I will. It will surely save you much heartache.BEAUTY: neon
